Musnad of 'Abdullah bin al-'Abbas bin 'Abdul-Muttalib from the Prophet
It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The previously married woman has more right to decide concerning herself than her guardian, and the virgin should be consulted concerning her marriage, and her permission is her silence.”
