Musnad of 'Abdullah bin al-'Abbas bin 'Abdul-Muttalib from the Prophet
It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin ‘Abbas that The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to teach them this du'a’ as he would teach them a Soorah from the Qur'an. He said: “Say: ‘O Allah, I seek refuge with You from the punishment of Hell, I seek refuge with You from the punishment of the grave, I seek refuge with You from the tribulation of the Dajjal, and I seek refuge with You from the trials of life and death."
