Musnad Ahmad 2421
Musnad of 'Abdullah bin al-'Abbas bin 'Abdul-Muttalib from the Prophet
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه) that when Ma'iz bin Malik came to the Prophet (ﷺ), he said: "Perhaps you kissed her, or touched her, or looked at her?" He said: No. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said bluntly: “Did you have intercourse with her?" He said: Yes. At that, he ordered that he be stoned.
