Musnad Ahmad 4082

It was narrated that `Abdullah (رضي الله عنه) said: I heard The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: [t]"There is no cause for envy except in two cases; a man to whom Allah gives wealth and enables him to spend it appropriately, and a man to whom Allah gives wisdom and he rules in accordance with it and teaches it to the people.”
