Musnad 'Ali Ibn Abi Talib
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى الثَّعْلَبِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ كَذَبَ فِي الرُّؤْيَا مُتَعَمِّدًا كُلِّفَ عَقْدَ شَعِيرَةٍ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ.
It was narrated from `Ali (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet (ﷺ), that he said: “Whoever lies about his dreams deliberately will be ordered to tie a grain of barley on the Day of Resurrection.`
