The Two Festivals (Eids)
An-Nahr and Adh-Dhabh at the Masjid on the day of Nahr
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي كَثِيرُ بْنُ فَرْقَدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَنْحَرُ أَوْ يَذْبَحُ بِالْمُصَلَّى.
Narrated Ibn `Umar: The Prophet (ﷺ) used to Nahr or slaughter sacrifices at the Musalla (on `Id-ul-Adha).
