The Book of Praying for Rain (Al-Istisqa')
The supplication
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هِشَامٍ الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي وُهَيْبٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ اسْقِنَا .
It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Allahumma sqina (O Allah, give us rain)."
