Asking A Virgin For Permission With Regard To Marriage

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The guardian has no right (to force) the previously married woman (into a marriage). And an orphan girl should be consulted, and her silence is her approval."
