Concession Allowing Women to Wear Sira'

It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that: He saw Umm Kalthum, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah [ﷺ], wearing a Burdah of Sira' silk, and Sira' is a fabric with stripes of silk.
