Musnad Ahmad 1640

It was narrated from Abu Salamah that Marwan said: Go and reconcile between these two, Sa’eed bin Zaid and Arwa. Sa"eed said: Do you think I took anything that belonged to her? I bear witness that I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: “Whoever takes a handspan of land unlawfully will be encircled with it down through seven earths. Whoever becomes the mawla of a freed slave without permission from the one who manumitted him, upon him be the curse of Allah. And whoever seizes the wealth of a Muslim by means of a false oath, may Allah not bless it for him."
