Bulugh al-Maram 602
The Book of Zakah
وَلِأَبِي دَاوُدَ: { وَلَا تُؤْخَذُ صَدَقَاتُهُمْ إِلَّا فِي دُورِهِمْ } [1] .
Abu Dawud also has the narration, “Their Zakah should only be collected by their dwellings.”
