Forgot your password?

1. On the sign-in page, tap Forgot password?
2. Enter the email address you signed up with.
3. Open the email from Sakeenah and tap the link. It works for one hour.
4. Choose a new password.

If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, look in your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Contact us from the email address on your account and we'll help.

Tip: changing your password signs you out of every other device, which is a good idea if you think someone else knows it.
